They came out to check what was wrong, identified the issue, explained clearly the potential timeframe to get the part and perform the repair, along with the low end and high end costs, and stayed in contact. The issue was repaired timely and with great customer service.

Our air conditioning unit decided to break down one morning. We called High Quality at 4am and by 11am it was fixed! Great responsiveness and as always fixed with no complaints. They are the best!
